He shut off everything and revisited me the next day when he had parts. He was very professional (and handsome). I'm very grateful for the quick recovery time. I will absolutely go back to HD air for my service. 10/10

After having around seven estimates -- many that wanted to tear out our deck and/or install a system that would have been visually ugly and extremely expensive -- H&D came up with a brilliant plan that allowed me to add central air and not destroy the beauty of my home and landscape. They factored in the windows, glass doors, etc. -- very impressive! We have had a few minor repairs over the years, and every time H&R representatives were quick to respond and always very professional and courteous. I wish all companies were run so efficiently! I love my cool, comfortable home thanks to H&D!! I highly recommend them!
