Neighborhood Roofing

Hired this company to re-roof using Architectural shingles. Upon completion noticed some raised shingles. Called the owner and he said they would settle down after a few days in the sun. Became suspicious and got up on the roof with another roofer. We found torn shingles, improper valleys and nails protruding out of the shingles. Called the owner several times and he refused to do anything. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
