Isaac's Storage

They robbed me after trying to pay them over and over while out of town working when they had my card on file!!!! I paid months in advance over the phone and put my card on file, I noticed I wasn't seeing it on my monthly statement called in the first 10 days atleast 15 times. She never returned a single phone call. Came home and found out they auctioned my 25k worth of belongings. DONT USE ISSACS STORAGE IN SPRINGDALE!!! They will rob you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I used this facility for a few months. We paid up in advanced and when time of payments were due we noticed that the money was not being withdrawn from our account. We both called NUMEROUS times trying to get our payment resolved. NEVER heard bad. Left severql voicemails and never hesrd a response. It got to the point we thought they were purposely ignoring us... and they were!! Why would a storage unit ignore u when u when all u owed was a 35$ payment?? Oh so they can sell your stuff and make thousands. I finally got ahold of the lady working the front desk. When i told her who i was and that we have been trying to get a hold of them for months, she says she has a customer and will call back in ten. She got off the phone so fast and never asked for my phone number. Called an hour later and she ignored me. Called from a different phone number and who would of known SHE ANSWERED. And straight up told me they sold our sruff. She "claims" she has called and left my husband several voicmails.... never did bc she been ignoring us for months. Of course we could try to take them to court, but, they can erite whatever they want on file to make them look good and look like they had our best interest, when in fact they had our properties $$$interest$$!!!! I rate this storage unit a one. They do NoT care about customers and if they see an opportunity to make more money off u, they will!!!!
