Chroma Tv Repair

Chroma TV came out and repaired my LCD TV the very next day after I called. Saved me lots of money. Cost about a third of the price to replaced it.
They were on time, very nice and very reasonable.

I called, not knowing anything about this business, Hal came to my house and picked up my sam sung tv, he was very professional, very reasonable priced, a very few days later my tv was like new...I would recommend this business.

I left a msg and got a text back within the hour - on a Sunday. Came first thing Monday morning. Immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Days later the part came and repaired. Hal was very customer service orientated and thorough. He responded quickly, was flexible, and kept me up to date on everything. I'd recommend Hal to anyone out there.

We called Chroma about our 55 inch tv and told them that four of the caps were blown. Hal did not give us a run around about what the problem was like other places did that we had called. He changed the four caps in a matter of minutes and now our tv is working again. We will highly recommend Chroma to anyone. Thanks Hal for giving us our tv back.

Hal was very professional and provided great service. After a lightening strike damaged the HDMI board, Hal was able to repair our set in minimal time and saved us $ over having to replace it. The fact that he provides pick up and delivery makes their expertise service even that much better. Would highly recommend for any electronic repair needs.
