Ken Peterson owner of Storm Guard did a great job walking us through the whole process of getting our roof replaced after the recent hailstorm. He told us what to expect, helped us deal with the insurance company, and kept in frequent contact while we waited for our project to begin. He was always available for questions, and no question was to small or unreasonable. His team did a great job, and he was out several times to check on their progress and touch base with us and make sure we were satisfied with the way things were going. When the job was finished he did an inspection with us and spotted a few minor details we never would have noticed, which he had someone return to touch up. He also gave us some final tips on wrapping things up with the insurance company and said to call anytime if we had any problems with the roof. Storm Guard did a great job getting my roof approved. Initially the insurance adjustor denied the claim despite every home in the area getting their roof replaced. Storm Guard stepped in and asked for a second opinion. They met with the adjustor and pointed out damaged areas missed the first time.



As a result, the roof replacement was approved and I now have a great looking new roof.
