        We had our rugs and tile cleaned by Alpine. The dog smell came out and everything looks great. Very nice young men and they did an excellent job.

        Customer Service at its best!

        The new owners were scheduled to move into the house around noon today. After the movers moved our furniture out of the bedroom it was clear that the dogs had left the oil from their skin around the perimeter of the bed. (very light and thick carpet). Although I recently had the carpet professionally cleaned (not with this company) and we rented a machine and cleaned it again it still looked awful. I called this morning at 7:15 and fully expected to get an answering machine but I had the good fortune of talking to Dennis. I described my situation and he managed to get a crew out and take care of my problem prior to the new owner arriving....all without my being there and through 1 phone call!!!!

        I will never use another company....Thank you Dennis!!!
