Portillo Apartments

This apartment complex seems to be a nesting ground for druggies and screw ups. They let their kids play in the middle of the street at all hours of the night,constantly heard the neighbors fighting each other in the OTHER BUILDING!! The AC did NOT work in the bedrooms at all and the "slum lord" wouldn't do ANYTHING about it. Somebody actually hit my car in the parking lot and didn't even leave a note. This place is like its own little ghetto. I would not recommend any one with class renting an apartment in this complex.
