please any one looking for a pool service company do your home work pool aid is very unprofessional weather it is answering phone call and never getting back to you i think 23 calls would have do it i was wrong then the excuses always some one blaming the other no thats not how a professional works never again i am a strong believer in word and mouth we all live in the same community words travel real quick remember there is always another choice

I HAD A SIMILAR SITUATION AND THE RESULT WAS WORST.
I AM THINKING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT, JUST WAITING FOR MY HEALTH TO IMPROVE AND MY ENERGY TO FACE SO BAD , B A D P E O P L E ! ! !

These people don't stand behind what they sell. I bought a motor from them 4 months ago, the internal fan wheel broke, they won't sell me another and they says I'm SOL, no warranty.
