Tim's Comfort Plus

Totally incompetent! After 3 visits and many hundreds of dollars later I still had the same issue. After the final failure I called several times and even wrote a letter. I was totally ignored. I hired a new company who found the problem in less than an hour! I would NEVER recommend this company! Tim Silva made no attempt to rectify the situation or to try and satisfy me and their technician Sam seemed to be "just guessing" and did not seem to have the necessary skills to determine the root cause of the problem. Stay away from this company!

One phone call is all it took to get an update on the service to be provided at my home. The attendant was very curtious and polite and most of all, was familar with my situation, she knew who was to take care of it and was very prompt in providing me with the time services were to be rendered. My Thanks and apprication for a human being on the other end of the phone, WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!
