I called Arrow Heating and Air for service and He was there within an hour. Did a professional job and the unit was up and running within a couple of hours. This was in the heat of the summer and our house was cool again. A great business!

Our house is in the closing process and during the inspection it was noted that our furnace was not operating properly. I was told in the past that it was possibly the circuit board which is $$$ to replace. I called Kenny and he promptly came out within the same day. He inspected the furnace to discover that the inspector failed to turn on the gas! While Kenny was here I had him service the unit to make sure all was working properly. He is great, what could have cost me mega $$$ Kenny was honest and super nice and very helpful, wound up costing me very little. I will recommend Kenny to everyone I come in contact with who is having any HVAC concerns.
