Mountain Massage Inc. was established in 1986 at the Split Rock Resort in beautiful Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania. In it's early days Mountain Massage consisted of one small shared massage room at the fitness center. As Split Rock expanded to add to the amenities the Sports Complex was built to house the current fitness center, bowling alley, game room, tennis, basketball courts and of course the new and current home of Mountain Massage Inc. Our facility includes four private massage rooms and a large relaxation area where you are welcome to sip herbal teas, browse our natural product selection and relax while reading our wonderfully eclectic selection of periodicals and books. Please ask about our most recent addition, a double room to accommodate couples massage. We look forward to seeing you on your next vacation or conference in the Pocono's. No vacation is complete without massage! Rejuvenate, refresh and restore your mind and body with regular massage and bodywork sessions.
