I was so disappointed! First, I was told my shoes would be 3 days to be colored because they do it there; it was literally three weeks. Next, my maid of honor’s dress was purchased and altered here. We were told it would be ready within the week, that it was very simple. We’ve been waiting for almost 2 months, so I called to check the status. I was told it wasn’t a priority, they had a lot of work to do, and they would have it ready within the week of the wedding. The person on the phone was so rude to me! I guess I would understand if I went in there with unrealistic expectations, but all I wanted was accountability in the place handling my wedding. I felt if they were unable to stick with their original plans, they should have called. My suggestion: if you go here – I don’t recommend it – lie about the date you need your attire, or you will be waiting down to the last minute.
