This project involved relocating the existing Sportsbook and creating a new Bingo space. The installation of a storefront system to close off the area for certain days of the week. New flooring, casework, and electrical created a welcoming space for new and seasonal players alike.

New Construction
Reshuffling resources took on a new meaning with veteran Lepori Superintendent Dale Hodes. In 2009, when the majority of construction workers were being laid off in Nevada. Jacksons hired Dale to handle store maintenance in the region, thanks to his excellent knowledge of Jacksons’ facility requirements. Because Dale’s first love is building things, he returned to FLC in 2013 when new construction demand was picking up. He remains a go-to for Jacksons projects.
Demolition
FLC performed demolition of the existing Suite #302 to construct a new space for Renown CAM B Medical Pulmonary Specialties. This scope consisted of new registration area, multiple MA Stations, exam rooms, break room and PFT Rooms.

Landscaping
Using Design-Build, the Lepori team delivered a 19,800 SF pre-engineered metal building showroom and a 7-acre fully developed site. The facility includes a showroom, sales offices, parts area, shop, and car wash area. The site features a park-like setting with extensive landscaping, creating a mecca for RV enthusiasts

Ranch vernacular architecture includes a sprawling elevation featuring multiple pitched roofs and a blend of siding, including stone cladding, board and batten, and composite cladding. It has some standing seam metal roofing, barn doors, porch structures, and multiple trellises and shade structures.

To revitalize Wooster High School, the Lepori team replaced all windows on the 1962 campus. Work included asbestos abatement, selective demo and carpentry, flashing and sheet metal, sealing joints, painting and some mechanical and electrical improvements. The Lepori team salutes Kate Bowman for capturing the simple lines and beautiful windows of this mid-century gem of a high school.
Masonry
The Lepori team undertook the construction of a brand new masonry structural steel building. The bank is 3,929 s.f. complete with a drive-through canopy, lobby, offices, a concrete safe, employee break room, and two restrooms.
