Venetian Homes

Purchased new home in 2012, which included a 2 year warranty. Venetian Homes President Shane Golden refuses to complete warranty work on home, even though he agreed of all repairs during a 2 hour walk through. I have left numerous voice mails, emails and went by his office, still no response. Buyer beware! He says all the right things, but doesn't follow through on his word. If and when he does return my calls, he is full of excuses. Trust your investment with a different builder.
