Lucky's Heating & Cooling

I called Lucky's for a quote when our heat wouldn't turn on (because their sticker was on our furnace when we moved in). I spoke to the office in the morning and they had someone out later that day. After looking for 30 seconds they informed me that our thermostat needed to be replaced. After declining installation of a new one I was told there was a $69 service charge. I was not made aware of that when I called (even though the women in the office told the technician she told me - which, of course she's going to say that). In addition, no where on the website is this mentioned either. Had I known about the charge to ahead of time, and if I was taken seriously when I brought this to their attention this wouldn't be an issue. I feel like my experience with this company has been completely unprofessional and I will not call them for any work in the future.

Had several contractors to house to quote new house a/c. Old unit had a slow leak and was empty. Allen from Lucky's quoted competitive price for replacement and offered to charge old unit to get it going until replacement was installed. ( Happened to be hottest day of the year). Gave him the deposit and had new a/c unit installed in a week. The install crew was very efficient and fast. I would recommend them to anyone.

My furnace wasn't working, I had someone else come look and tell me they wouldn't fix it. I called Lucky's, Michelle in the office did research for an hour, calling vendors and manufacturers. She called me back and said, "We can do this". The technician called me 10 minutes later and said "we are on our way".



The two guys who came out showed me everything, explained how it all worked, and even tried to fix it with just a good healthy cleaning, but I did have to have a part replaced after all. They were fast, fair and friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything better! I would recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely call if I ever need heating or cooling repair again!
