RUINED CARPET! Scheduled initial cleaning on Nov. 27. Carpet was good quality, never dirty, just needed freshening up. Took a long time to dry & when it did, the usual gold color was dingy with dark patches & crunchy underfoot. Called to complain & problem was diagnosed as "brown out". Another technician sent out on Dec. 5, still leaving carpet with obvious darkened patches. Manager acknowledged the situation, took photos & was going to consult a carpet expert. He came out again personally in January to apply a treatment intended to restore carpet to its original condition which made it worse, leaving carpet with hugh triangular shaped darkened patches & deep rake marks, looking worn. Manager came out to inspect, took more photos & suggested another treatment. Told him we had to discuss replacing the damaged carpet. After 3 weeks of unanswered phone calls & emails, finally put in touch with owner who stated they weren't going to compensate us. Will need to pursue legal action.
