A.E. Olsen Company Inc

The company was not well functioned and operated. I used their service just because the previous owner has contracted with them (though my neighbors warned me in the beginning). Today's service on my furnace is terrible, the technician could not make it working after he stopped my furnace which is running well before the service. After 30 min, he finally made it work with no clear explanation the reason. I am really concerned the service could make my furnace worse. However, this is not the worst part, because as I can somehow understand this may happen since my furnace is old. The worst part is that this company did not treat the customer politely and respectfully. When I talked to one lady in this company, she is really rude and yelling at me from the beginning to the end with no reasons. I can not imagine a rude lady like this could stay in the customer service position unless this company is the same. I tried to talk to her calmly but made no differences.
This is a company shows no respect and care for his customer and what they wanted is to get your money. Please stay away from it.
