Shoe Repair Express

Good service. They do good work and their prices are ok. They stand behind their work. I like their dogs they are too funny.

I have been a customer here several times. The repairs are good and it's family run. They get one star for being unreliable on their published hours of operation. It says on the door they open at 8. Myself and an other customer sat outside til 8:20 and nobody there. They must not value their customers. I planned the stop on way to work and had to leave. I won't have time later.

Awful!!! Never had repairs done on time. Closed early and locked up at 4:20 instead of 5:00. Couldn't pick up shoes needed to a trip. This is the 3rd time i have attempted to pick up my shoes. BTW- you pay before the repair is done. Horrible customer service

Bad customer service and poor quality work. had my expensive leather boots for 51 days and I had to keep calling them to see if they were done. if you knew you couldn't get the same type of zipper you shouldn't have taken my money and told me you can replace the zipper. They ruined my boots. Very rude on the phone. You aren't supposed to hang up on customers.

Far more than I expected. First off I must say the service was so hospitable they made me feel like family right off the bat. But that would mean nothing if the job wasn't as fantastic. Well no worries about that! When I picked up my shoes they were better than new actually.... because the high quality of materials they put on them is superior to the original. To top it off I saved money and didn't have to replace my comfortable shoes, so from now on this is where I'm taking all my shoes to keep them looking great. Thank you Kimmie!

I took my black leather-soled dress shoes in to be repaired here. Each shoe had holes beginning to wear through the soles. The man at the counter presented me with two options: (a) replace the worn leather sole with a new leather sole or (b) replace the worn leather sole with an all rubber sole. I chose option (a) since it was a bit cheaper. When I returned the next day for pickup the shoes had been polished and looked brand new! He replaced the worn leather sole with a new leather sole and then applied a sole-saver (a thin piece of rubber glued to the leather sole to prevent wear and provide better traction) over the entire sole for no extra charge!



The quality was superb! I was so impressed that I took off my pair of brown leather-soled dress shoes that I was wearing and gave them to him to put sole-savers on, and I walked out of the store with the newly repaired black shoes. I later had the heels replaced on another pair of slip-on dress shoes.



This has been over one year ago, and the soles and heels on my shoes are still in great condition. This business believes in quality materials and quality workmanship. The prices are reasonable for the repair of quality shoes (i.e., Johnston and Murphy, Cole Haan, Allen Edmunds, etc.). Essentially, I extended the lives of three pairs of shoes for what one pair of quality dress shoes would have cost. This business also does other leather care services that I will be sure to take advantage of if the need ever arises. I highly recommend this business!
