had Jason Conard, doing business as Conard Comfort Consultants come out a few weeks ago to give me an estimate on some painting; gave me rough estimate while he was at my house and then he followed up with an email. his estimate differed somewhat slightly and we discussed and came to an agreement on pricing. We then set up a date for him to come to my house; her was supposed to start yesterday, friday @1 pm; well 2 pm, 3pm 4 pm rolled around and never heard from Jason. After several texts and phone calls I never heard from him. I even sent an email to him and still no response.

I find this very professional in any kind of business, but I find this utterly ridiculous that a business man doesn't have the decency to let me know he is not coming to the job he had confirmed to do.

Never ever use Jason Conard Comfort consultants for any kind of business he does;VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
