        Overall

        When you drop a needle in your hemstitching machine on Saturday morning and then bump the timing trying to get the needle out...the next stage is panic! After I finished freaking out I called Salt Lake Sewing. Frank had me come in with my machine. I was nervous because I had never used them before, but he was reassuring over the phone.



        In less than 24 hours he was calling to have me pick my machine up. He was very understanding that I use the hemstitching machine for my business and was able to fix it quickly. He even let me come to his house to get the machine.



        I'm very happy with how it runs and the extra service they provided to help me in my time of crisis!
