The store manager/owner/buyer is completely insane. You may get a little discount, but is it worth dealing with a crazy person? After paying cash for the furniture, and cash for the delivery (that he insisted on), he then told me his delivery guys would not carry the stuff upstairs, but would leave it in my garage. When I told him to forget the deal then, I wanted my money back, he screamed at me and stormed off. Somehow, the furniture did make it up my stairs on the appointed date, but was it worth dealing with a maniac? Nope.

I like the uniqueness about the building. What an amazing work in restoring that place and putting high end furniture in. I also really can't believe how good the prices are for the quality.
