        I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT OUT OF MY BUSY DAY, TO ASK QUESTIONS REGARDING A PRESCRIPTION A CHEST MEDICINE DOCTOR RECOMMENDED, AND WAS SEEN BY A DOCTOR NOT QUALIFIED TO PRESCRIBE THE DRUG, OR ANSWER QUESTIONS REGARDING. I HAD TO GO IN LATE TO WORK AND WAS CHARGED $50, TO FIND OUT I NEED TO BE SEEN BY A SLEEP SPECIALIST. ALSO, AT MY APPOINTMENT THEY HAD LOST BOTH OF MY SLEEP TEST RECORDS, THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED!
