Mark came on time, fixed the problem quickly! I will call again, if I ever have a problem again.

Garage door springs broke, called The Doors. They charged $100 less than my brother-in-law paid another contractor this summer, were here in a little over an hour as promised, and fixed it no problem. But what makes them stand out is that the serviceman checked out the whole system for us, replaced the stuck opener button, and greased the track for us just to be helpful. Professional and courteous the whole time. Couldn't recommend them higher.

Was locked out of my detached garage and called The Doors Inc on a Sunday afternoon. Had a repairman out the following morning. Turned out the external keypad remote had failed, and opening the door required drilling out the emergency release latch lock (I didn't have a key). Within the hour, I had access to my garage, a new keypad, and a new emergency release latch. Very professional and courteous, definitely recommended.

I was worried to even start calling to get price quotes for service calls, I found three - the two prior calls informed me they charge a substantial higher Service Charge - then the clencher was the add on "fuel surcharge of $5.00", the distance was 3 miles. They were quoting two to three days out - my car was in the garage and no way out, the pull cord release didn't work as I had roller issues and it was locked in place.



I called at 11:20am he was punctual and here at 3pm, same day!! Mark was polite, clean, and a shiny service vehicle. He was out of here in 20 minutes even put a bulb in my door opener. The company that installed my opener really did't care if I had a light in my opener just a pay me and go service.



Mark didn't ask for referrals I asked him for some cards so I could refer him, so refreshing to finally find a real "pro who is willing to perform a service for a reasonable fee and do it well", thank you again Mark, you made a lousy stroke of luck and turned it into a single gal feeling good about life.

Our 24-year old garage door opener quit last night. We called The Doors Inc. and several other local companies for information and pricing on the immediate installation of a new opener that we located on Yellow Pages.com. The Doors Inc., had an impressive number of favorable reviews, and in the end, were the most cost efficient. However, despite the considerable savings over other companies, Mark was informative and highly professional on the phone, and offered immediate, same-day service. He arrived when (even before) expected, was efficient with his time on the installation, and even more imporantly, he was honest and in fact, saved us money over the original quote. We previously had a keypad and while we were prepared to purchase another, compatible with the new and different manufacturer model chosen, he was honest with us that we could continue to use the one we had. Other installers, we're certain, would require us to purchase a new same-brand optional item. We would recommend The Doors Inc. to anyone in the market for garage door or opener servicel.

Mark & his son did a wonderful job for us with the installation of our new garage door & opener! We couldn't even get into the garage. We called the day after Christmas, and the next morning Mark was there to put in the new door. They replaced everything for a very reasonable price, with excellent workmanship.
