Pioneer Oil and Gas has primarily been engaged in the acquisition and exploration of oil and gas properties in Utah, Wyoming, Colorado and Nevada. The company also owns an interest in several nonoperated oil and gas wells and overriding royalty interests in oil and gas wells located in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. Primary among these overriding royalty interests is the Hunter Mesa Unit and Grass Mesa Unit in Garfield County, Colo. Pioneer Oil and Gas is headquartered in South Jordan, Utah.
