I called the office 10 minutes ago. I wanted to set up an appointment for today eye exam. Lady on the phone said all appointments are booked for this week? That I needed to come in Monday I told her I will see if I can get out of work early Monday to be at the office around 4pm... no response back, she had me on the phone but would not repond to any of my questions. I ended uo hanging up the phone. Dr. Charles Levy if you are reading this please hire new staff, the lady on the phone lack customer service skills. You have lost a client due to her, the rest of the staff, I can't comment on, I have not treated with them yet or will treat with them.
