They are good with lessons but their instrument selection is very average to low end. One is better off in a large instrument retailer. I once bought an "economy" guitar case and I ended up spending for a professional guitar case. I caught the mistake at home and returned the next day. I was a kid, only 16. They gave me the one I paid for but I had a feeling that if any dent or scratch was present on the economy model, they would of just give me the 50 dollar difference from the higher end hardshell model. Since then (8 years have passed), they are better at customer service. I go there just to buy strings but even then they are a bit overpriced. No complains but once again, good for lessons, not good for gear.

The instructors there know how to help you learn whatever style you want to play. They teach you music theory too which helps you understand what you're doing and why.
