David's Bridal

My sisters got fitted for their bridesmaid dresses. They didn't have the right size in the right dress so the woman chose a different one to fit them for and said it would work out the same. When getting the dresses, they did not come close to fitting. They were so small we couldn't even zip them. The store was not helpful. Had they properly done measurements to begin with this wouldn't have happened. They should have taken the right dress just the next size up and clipped it back for proper measurements. I am very unhappy with how they treated my sisters. They were not friendly and were hesitant to take the dresses back. We only have a week to take them back and we aren't from around where the store is. Now they have to get major alterations done for everything to fit and it has caused a lot of complications for us and very little time to handle them.

I loved my experience yesterday! We found the dress and I was able to ring the bell. My girl waited on me hand and foot and the Paul (manager/owner) was also helping! The whole team was great and my party and I had so much fun finding the dress!

We drove 3 hours to get to this David's Bridal. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and everybody was smiling and friendly. However, as soon as my daughter and I both "said yes" to our dresses (we both got a dress) our sales lady disappeared, so we took pictures and waited for her to return. After about 5-10 minutes we realized she was already helping another bride to be. I was still in the dress so I didn't know if I was supposed to change or stay in it. I decided I would change out of my dress, by myself, and get my clothes back on. We then sat there for another 5 minutes or so. My maid of honor finally went to the gentleman that was out front in the store and told him our sales lady was with someone else. He promptly and professionally re-elected her to finish taking care of us while he helped the other bride to be. Then she filled out our papers and told us to go to the check out. It was like she just wanted sales and didn't care about anything else.
