I was so pleased with my experience with Ashley furniture. The sales rep we were working with was very informative. The men that delivered were on time, and very quit with the installation!! Great company to buy from!!! :) very please! My furniture is everything I wanted!

The salesperson that assisted us with our current purchase of 2 dressers for both our boys room was extremely helpful! We wanted dressers to match our previous purchase of twin beds for each of their rooms. The quality of the furniture is great, it is exactly what we were looking for.

Our experience with Ashley Furniture was great. We went in looking for living room furniture for our daughter's first apartment. Being she is a college student, we did not want to spend a lot of money. Lucky for us, we found the perfect manager's special that included a couch and loveseat along with pillows for both. They were able to provide an order option which worked best for our situation. Since our daughter is not moving into her apartment until August, we were able to delay the order for several weeks so that we could get the items closer to her move-in date.



Our sales associate was very helpful and the staff at Ashley's customer service area was friendly and informative. I hope you find the same positive experience at Ashley as we did.

The Day before black Friday I purchased 2 leather couch sets.( at 7:00 a.m.) Total $7,500.00. They were delivered on time. The delivery boys had my son-law-in sign for the furniture outside while the last piece of furniture was being carried in. Telling him he was just signing that the furniture was delivered and they left before I could look at the furniture.



Upon expectation , the large sectional has a cut and another piece had torn edges. The other Couch and Love seat had broken wood and ares that were not stained or finished. I called to complain and was first told it would be 3 weeks before someone would come and look at this furniture. After becoming upset, they sent someone out to paint over the wood. (are you kidding me) and order a new piece to replace the wood that was smashed. New covers were ordered for the sectional and are still sitting in my home.





It is almost 2 months later and none of these problems are taken care of.. My Advise is Beware! I could not be more unhappy with Ashley Furniture, Charleston, WV store.



The sad part is we have a second home at Lake Norman and purchased 4 rooms of furniture from the Ashley furniture Store in Charlotte,NC Some of the furniture did not come in on time, but we were notified instantly. First they took the delivery fee off and then gave us an arrangement from the store. Great customer service. I would buy from them again in a heart beat. Charleston you need to take some lessons on CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We bought some beautiful furniture from this store over the weekend. It is great furniture at a great price. We received great service from our salesman, Joe, and would highly recommend you ask for him. He was personable, efficient and professional. If you are in the market for living room, dining room, bedroom, recliners, accessories, pictures...anything for your home you should definitely go to Ashley and ask for Joe.

I love this place! Wow, if you're looking for a wide selection in furniture, you've got to visit this place. Their showroom is totally awesome! Found my favorite recliner there.
