Provided by SuperpagesWe went to Mancino's at Erskine plaza last Thursday (2/9/12). It was our second time since they reopened. We must have ate there 20 times through the years, but this was by far our worst experience. When we got there we were surprised there was nobody there eating. It did not take long to figure out why there was no one there. When we walked in there were three teenager workers sitting at a table doing nothing but talking and playing with there phones. We ordered our food and sat down. While we were sitting there we could not believe how sticky the floor was, tables filthy, trash containers full, drink area a mess, runners that had not been vaccumed, and some of the seat cushions were ripped and torn. After we got our sub par sandwiches, the 3 workers went right back down to there table doing what they were when we walked in. NOTHING. We will never go back there again.

Provided by SuperpagesWe have eaten at Mancino's since it opened. We loved the food until 6 months ago. Each time we have gone in there lately there are just a bunch of kids running the place. Too busy on their cell phones to assist us. Tonight was the absolute worst. The place was dirty and looked very unkept. The 3 girls were talking and tossing food to each other. They took our order of 2 chef salads, grinder and breadsticks. Food was $27. I watched in amazement as they tossed from the microwave our dipping sauces. They laughed as they fell on the floor. They picked up the sauce and placed them in the box with the breadsticks. I asked if they used the same sauce as was on the floor. The girl said yes but it was a sealed container. I advised her that the floor is to walk on not eat off of and asked for another sauce. She complied but complained the whole way back. This is the not the first time this has happened and was brought to their attention. I will not be back after this! I advise you do not either.

Provided by SuperpagesActually they don't deserve 1 star if I was only using today's visit as my only review but I know they have good food have experienced it! But today I think the 3 young blondie's were to worried about their cell phones and talking to each other to worry about what the food they served turned out to be. I got a spaghetti and meatball bake with salad and garlic bread my hubby got a grinder. I received my salad about 1 minute before my spaghetti and burnt garlic bread. My hubbies grinder was so thrown together he couldn't even attempt to eat it as a sandwich so he picked up the bread and ate it like garlic bread and went and got a fork to eat his grinder more or less like a salad. Then I took my first bite of my spaghetti...oops did I say spaghetti....it was mush....the pasta was so mushy it was breaking back down to flour flavor and texture. When made aware blondie only said well I didn't make it they made it yesterday ...no apology no offer of something edible. Disappointed isn't close!
