Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance

Tried to contact thru phone and email in regards to my moms homeowners insurance. It's been two weeks and no response from anyone. Apparently they are all so busy they are never in the office. To my surprise I have learned that my mom is and has been paying 4 xs the amount for homeowners insurance then anyone I know!!!!! I wanted answers as to why get monthly payments are so outrageous. It makes me very leary to find this out and even more leery that it's been two weeks of waiting and no response. Very uneasy to know you cannot reach these people. Took the girl ten minutes before she even found my mind name. Wow! Please think twice about this agency. If u are already insured with them. Look at your policy asap my guess is ur way over insured !!!!
