World-Dreams Daycare-Preschool

Difficult being a single mother and finding a reliable child care center you trust.. And it becomes even more difficult when the daycare you choose decides to close early and give parents 5 days notice. And then it becomes downright frustrating when that parent calls back in January to get a list of all daycare closings, but is not told all closing dates.

This is, by far, the best daycare facility I've seen in the area. I have visited and have enrolled my children in other centers, including one that boasts it's quality and 20 years experience. As an educator, with 22+ years of experience, and a mother (having had my first child at 35), I can tell you that this is "quality". The Owner/ Director is knowledgeable and professional; she has a goal and high standards. She didn't open a Daycare like any other in the area. It is evident in everything this school stands for from the meals to the curriculum, from the staff dress code to the Staff Development she provides for the staff. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for true quality and care.

the staff here truly care about the health and well being of my children. The details put into every day activities really are exceptional. For example any daycare can handle snack time the same way everyday; crackers and something to drink, World of Dreams actually thinks about the nutritional value the food they are giving to their kids contains. One day my son and daughter were fed turkey on a whole wheat role and a glass of cool, crisp water. I was impressed bexause they have been to other daycares and the usual snack consited of a sugar drink and cheese crackers or something similar. The indoor gym at World of dreams also has all the fun toys children love to play with, and then some. Besides the bonus indoor gym itself and the toys, it also contains excercise equipment for the children, like a trampline with a bar for them to hold onto for saftey and even an excercise bike. Also, as a nursing student I exspecially liked the seperate sick bay they have so the children who are waiting to be picked up are not left in the main classrooms but are transferred into another room where they can rest quietly and wait for thier caregivers. This also helps by reducing the spread of illnesses. I am very fond of this place and it has taken me four years of searching to finally come across a place where I feel someone is taking care of my children to the best of their ability. World of Dream has met my high standards and if I could they would receive more then five stars.
