Buchanans Taxi Cab

I called them and a lady told me that I would be picked up in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 30 just in case, I call back and she tells me the driver is out to lunch and I had to wait 20 more minutes. I waited that too and called back and she said that she didnt know how long it would take. I dont't think that's the kind of customer service they should have. If they were really busy she should have just told me from the beginning and I would have understood and found a different way to get home. I just don't think its right for them to do that....
