        Extremely poor communication and response time at every step. Royal Pains!

        Wasted 4 months with Royal Plus trying to get one window replaced after a home break in. Did not show or call for scheduled estimate. Did not return calls for scheduling repair, then was given a 3 month wait time before they could do anything. Gave them a 2nd chance, was told I needed to get a new estimate for accuracy, and that it could be done from the exterior while not home. Contacted them a week after that were suppose to have sent out estimator and did not get a response back. Contacted them again a week later and was asked when would be a good time to get inside to do the estimate!
