I went in to this salon on 3/26/15 asking specifically for shellac polish. The owner/manager say "yes, yes" rushing me in for this service. I said go ahead and give me a mani and pedi but i just wanted shellac on my mani. The owner/manager agrees & my pedi was started & as i was getting my pedi the nail tech started on my mani with shellac polish right? NO. Absolutely not!!!!! After my manicure the tech pulls out gelish gel polish. Im like no. I asked for shellac. Then they started fussing in vietnamese. The manager/owner says gelish gel polish is the same. Im like no it is not & you know this. I specifically asked for shellac and you agreed & you can stop this service now. The owner/manager says "i have shellac for you next time". I'm like thats ok. Just stop at this point as my pedi was done. Then she says "i give you $3 off!" Im like " its not about the money its the point you tried to deceive me & that's not right! In the end they overcharged me for my pedi to cover my many i walked out paying $33 for $25 service! Done correctly would have been $54. Never again BEWARE of BJ nail!!!!!
