        Nice people but pricey

        Our A/C condenser fan blade broke (one blade), and I called Benfatti. They were nice and pleasant to deal with. Their price, however, seemed steep. Quote to replace fan blade was $450, not including the $94 service charge. Part of the service charge would be deducted if I had them repair it, leaving me paying $25 diagnostics charge, for a total of $475. I went to Johnstone Supply and bought the fan blade for $40 and did it myself.
