I called Lee of Chem Dry in April of 2008 to get my carpets in my apt cleaned as I was moving out and needed to have it done by a professional company. Lee told me it would take 3 hours and it would cost me 110.00. Lee arrived at 8:10 a.m. which was 10 minutes later than the appt was scheduled for and he only stayed one and a half hours and charged me 116.00 which means he charged me 77.33 per hour. I will never do business with this company again. 77.33 per hour is highway robbery!!!!
