Hotspring

I also have been trying to get them to fix my spa. They were out in the spring but never came back until I contacted the main company Hot Springs Spas. They sent out a tech and He fixed a wire that had burned off and was coming back to check it and never showed up. He has never fixed the problem that caused it. Have called numerous times and even sent an email. Still not responded. I agree that the techs have NO training. And the customer service is poor. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Quick to sell but when service is needed you have to get it elsewhere.

Poor service. Don't return calls. Techs have little or No training. took 4 months to get a service call answered. Then never returned to see if the problem was fixed as promised. It was not fixed and I am sure the Tech knew it wasn't. they have NOT called back on any of the calls I have made.
