Frankman Motor Company

I bought a lemon. It gave me nothing but problems. Frankman does NOT stand by their used cars! It broke down every month, and spent more time in the shop then on the road! When I first looked at the car I was interesting to buy, I decided to look under the hood to check it out. When I went to check the transmission fluid, the salesman came out and asked me when I was going to test-drive it! I felt rushed! That should have been my first clue to get out of there and go somewhere else! Pushy sales people!
I learned the hard way that the harder you have to sell a car, the bigger a piece of junk it is! I will NEVER do business with this place again!

I called Frankman Motors with a few questions about buying a used car. I spoke with Tony, who spent over 30 minutes talking with me regarding the researching, purchasing, and fees involved. Tony also spent time with me regarding current trends with shipping cars and how dealers work.



Tony was the 8th salesman (from various dealers) that we worked with. He highly stood out above and beyond all other the others by his transparency, willingness to answer ALL my questions with direct and clear responses.



In 20 years of purchasing used cars, Tony and Frankman Motor Co stood far above the rest. I will would not hesitate to give them my business or send my children there as well. THANKS TONY!!!

My father and I went to the main lot looking for a classic car for him and what we found was nothing but junk. Every one of the classic cars had either engine or trans trouble or things they tried to cover up so no one would see it. The sales guy Chris was as big of a joke as the cars he was selling, he said one car had 140 miles on it but there own site showed it with1400 miles. He puts white plates in some of his cars showing that some one had bought it. yet they are still on the lot two months after the fact with the same out dated white plates in them. It is sad the they have went down the crapper like this.
