These innovative erection methods were developed internally over several decades and hundreds of buildings. When combined with our outstanding team, they enable us to erect buildings sometimes 2-3 times faster than our competition. We are currently looking for general labors to help build our buildings, pour concrete, complete demo work, and other miscellaneous tasks. Applicants should be in good physical shape and capable of lifting 60lbs without issue. Must have work boots, jeans or work pants, and warm clothes for winter conditions. Some travel may be required.

B&F Fastener is a Minnesota based company with many locations throughout the Midwest. We built this 25,000SF warehouse building for them in the Sioux Empire Development Park in Northeast Sioux Falls. This project broke ground in December of 2020, and took about six months to complete. On this project, Empire self performed not only all of the concrete, including over 60,000SF of flatwork, and steel erection, but we also framed the interior offices, and installed the Monster Block retaining wall. By self-performing much of the build, we have a unique amount of control over the overall schedule and quality of the project.

Located on the north side of Sioux Falls, Outdoor Gear is a 54,251 square-foot metal building with a Varco Pruden SSR Roof System. It is composed of 48,498 square feet of warehouse space and 5,753 square feet of office space with a Nichiha siding exterior.

Carpentry
We are looking for a full-time, dependable, and self-motivated individual with wood and/or steel framing and finish carpentry experience to join our team.
Insulation
Quickly. We use up to three cranes to erect the primary and secondary structural members. We’ve also built several metal carts to ferry our insulation system on top of the roof, which greatly speeds up the roofing process.
