They sold me a trlr for 30k n after putting 8k into it we had to move and tryed to sell it back to them n they only offered 9k and wouldn't even look at the place. Their mean stingy bastards. Stay away! Plz!

Avoid Dakotaland Homes. I bought a mobile home from them and they lied about nearly everything. They said they went though the whole house, but they lied. For the last several years we have had to spend lots of money repairing the damages that were HIDDEN by Dakotaland. There was leaking under a bathroom tub, which was hidden by Dakotaland, so when it finally soaked out of their coverup, They used cheap and cosmetic coverups to huide structural defects, and those covering only last just enough to get past their so-called warranty time. It has cost thousand to repair, what they said was fizxed.. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DAKOTALAND.
