        don't be put off by the appearance and condition of the purple building. she got my 2 dogs in on very short notice and did a wonderful job. they were happy and calm when be came to pick them up. her prices were very reasonable too.

        Since I was a little girl I have admired Karen and her dog grooming skills.After hanging out at the shop when I was young dog grooming has been my dream job.and 20 years later here I am.I have accomplished that dream.I have been gooming for 15 years now and I can't see myself doing anything but.I took with me her excellent customer service skills,her heart,and yes some of her ability.But I know I'll never measure up to her. She is a strong woman who raised 2 kids on her own.and had her own business.Remember what a booming business it was!I think It would be cool if we could get that back.Sioux falls needs a pet store like that again!Any way THANK YOU KAREN FOR YOUR INSPIRATION!
