July 18th I had a leak but the day was over next day Friday I start calling every roofing company in Sioux City,
I needed an emergency fix, a tarp because Friday night was was going to rain according to the weather man.
No company had anybody available to fix it temporary, they were out of town or didn't have anybody available.
Only the lady from A&A Exteriors at Sioux City office understood my worries and she called her Boss I believe the owner in Nebraska, we talked about m problem and worries, he told me I'll send a couple of guys to fix it.
He didn't charge me the emergency amount that is standard from everyone in those cases, I was charged one quarter of it.
When you are a retiree you appreciate people who are understanding of the situation, honest and willing to help, not milk you.
