Very unprofessional and threw together their work just to finish and get paid. 



We had them do a fire pit, pavers and a gate wall. The sand came out of the paver when we hosed it down. They placed the veneer stones that we purchased on sloppy and crooked. We purchased all the material not through them, and they tried to charge us for the same material. They got upset when we caught them on this. They also charge us for firepit caps which they refused to install stating that it wasn't in the original proposal. We had to dispute the charges through our credit card, which they don't know how to handle professionally. The owner came out with her punk son trying to intimidate us. The owner was yelling at my husband demanding her money while the son made a gesture of hitting my husband on the back of his head. They corrected the firepit wall and resealed the pavers. We told them to fix the firepit ring which is too big and is hitting the caps causing a fire burn stain. They also filled the firepit with 3/4 inch rocks which we found out when heated will pop. So now we have to hire someone to fix the ring, the caps and take out all the 3/4 inch rocks.

The sand in the pavers did not stay the 2nd time they resealed it. It rained the other day and cleaned out the sand in some areas. So now we also have to hire someone to fix this mess. Since they don't know how to handle a credit card dispute we have been receiving harassing emails, phone calls and letters demanding their money. We are still finding errors with their work. We will definitely won't be rehiring them or recommending them. This company cuts corners and tries to tell you that they are doing extra work for free. They also will try to rip you off and tell you their work is great, and that they never had any complaints, which I doubt.
