Customer service and retention is how this business was built and how we have stayed in business for almost 120 years.Continuing education programs for all employees, these include weekly plumbing, heating and air conditioning training sessions to keep our staff educated on all the latest technology. (Our apprentices are required to attend school 2 evenings a week for 4 or more years.) Association Membership: Member of the Washington Master Plumbers Association, ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) & ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America). Warranty: 2 years on all new installations and 1 year on all repairs. (Unless otherwise noted in writing.) Up Front Pricing: We present you with your plumbing, heating and/or air conditioning options and quote you a price prior to beginning any work. Inspections: We offer whole house plumbing inspections. Technician came out on Saturday $104 "trip charge". Problem was bad thermocouple on boiler ($15 part). They wanted $275 to replace. It took about 5 mins. When I questioned they agreed to charge "only" $200 + $104 trip charge. Owner said this was due to the expertise and the skill to diagnose the problem. By my calculation this technician's company made about $3190/hour on this job. Not too shabby, but I'd go to jail if I tried to charge that much. You should be very careful and avoid these guys!
