Mirco is simply great. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable. He helped repair our AC during a busy weekend where he himself had lost power and his phone service was spotty because phone towers went down.

I was very much impressed, and I am not easily impressed.

I called PCK HVAC to diagnose an issue I had been having for a few years with my boiler. Several other HVAC companies had been involved over the years and no one was able to actually fix the issue, so I was amazed when PCK came in to my home, diagnosed my issue and the resolved it right away. Furthermore, when I received the bill, it was half what I had paid to the last company. Needless to say I have used them several times now including with an issue I was having with my central A/C unit and regular maintenance. Each time they came to my house, they were quick, tidy and very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done with their Central A/C system or boiler!!!

Mirko is one of the most knowledgeable professional, capable and dependable contractors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is fully capable of diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing ANY HVAC problems, and is creative in his solutions. My system is quite old, and rather than suggest it get replaced he was able to find parts to repair it ata fraction of the cost of a new system. His honesty and humbleness are rare traits.

My first interaction with Mirko involved a difficult repair of an HVAC system in a condo in Washington DC which had been poorly installed in a closet 15ft high. Several contractoirs had been to estimate the repair and once they saw where the unit was located, they did not even bother to call me back. This was a difficult project but Mirko made an assessment which was very reasonable then endeavored to find an obsolete drain pan which had corroded, have the old one removed, and conducted an extremely professional upgrade and service of the old HVAC. Despite having to work under difficult circumstances because of the location an original poor HVAC installation, Mirko remained resilient, friendly and professional. The job took a few days and he did not overcharge but managed to fix the system and has followed-up with servicing of it since then. I have other properties and always ask Mirko to take care of the heating and HVAC servicing because he shows up on time, identifies quickly what needs to be done and gets the job done within a short timeframe. The price is always fair. This past winter my heating system failed and Mirko came out last minute on New Years' Eve to check on the problem. He was able to replace the faulty motor at wholesale price and worked through the holiday to ensure my heating was fixed, making sure to clean up and then follow up twice to make sure there were no further issues with the heating system. Mirko has a master license in HVAC/heating and really knows what he is doing. He is courteous, friendly and I feel safe leaving him in charge. He has a key to my properties and I rely on his team to conduct all HVAC/heating, carpentry, plumbing, painting and plaster work for my properties and is my go-to person for all repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend Mirko to do a great professional job.

Mirko provides great service. I first used him a year ago when my water heater needed to be replaced. He and his team were able to recommend a replacement, source it, and install it in a short period of time at a very reasonable cost.



This winter when my heat went out, I again called on Mirko. He came out on a Sunday, and got us up and running for the day. He was then able to find the parts and repair out heating unit for a tiny fraction of what it would've cost to replace.
