Brussell Exterminating Service

These people are frauds. They overcharge for services and are chronically late or do not show up at all. Most of the staff are fearful of household pets such as dogs and will refuse to enter your home if you have a pet. Everything they used in my home could have easily been purchased at Home Depot. There was no real expertise just promises and "guarantees" and then apology after apology when their guarantee did not hold up. This staff is TRAINED to perpetuate your fears and concerns so that they can sell you the most expensive "treatments" . Frauds.

These guys were great, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very professional and don't overcharge.

I fell victim to this awful Bed Bug problem plaguing DC / NY / Philly. After a no-show form another company, Brussell's was a blessing in disguise. I called them on Monday morning and they arrived for an inspection within hours and we had our first treatment the very next day. Both the office staff and technicians sent to our home were incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided great insight on how to keep the critters away! I can sleep in peace again!!!

Brussell used to service my parents restaurant before they sold it. So I called them when my son bought home bed bugs from camp. I was really embarrassed to have them and I didn’t want to throw out any furniture (which some other parents did).





These guys were very nice, discreet, and effective. After their first service I noticed results. My kids didn’t get any new bits after the service. Not only did they treat my whole house, but they put covers on the beds. I have 5 beds in my house; they bought the covers with them and covered each mattress and box spring. They even upgraded me to organic service.





These guys are really great I had to post this review. I thought they had giving me special treatment because they knew my parents, but when I called to make a payment I found that they had not connected the dots. I was more than impressed with these guys.

I called Brussell regarding a major ant problem in my bathroom..They arrived the same day! The technician was very polite and willing to explain details of all the work he performed..I appreciated the customer service as well as the speedy response to my situation..

we had a rat poblem for 5 years, called brussell and they exterminated the rats completely. Great company.
