It was very difficult to move moreover to find the right company for the move. Yes I admit it was very hard for me to find the right one. I had one moving company whom I hired to do this move but they screwed up everything on me and cancelled them because my instinct says I can't trust them. Came in the picture is Alliance Relocation(the moving company I hired after the first one screwed me) who at all matters was very applausible. They never hid anything to me and was very transparent on all the charges that I might incurr. Next thing I know is all my furniture resides in the new residence and they actually assembled them all. Good guys. Good job as well.

Without any knowledge on their background I hired this moving company. The reason is, I don't have enough time to search thoroughly. So whoever I searched in the internet, called and accepted my urgent delivery date in a competitive price that's the one II choose. That was Alliance Relocation, I thought I screwed up at first because I rushed so much but sighed a good breath of relief when I got my delivery in perfect condition. You can never get a good deal like this and I am happy on the way they treated me and the manner they talked to me. I would recommend them.

The day we moved they were 30 minutes early. They packed everything, tightly wrapped the fragile and big furniture. Worked fast with care. I don't even seen them stopped or rest for awhile. They also were succesful in shipping our goods in time without any damage. That was the shortest move I ever did. Thank you Alliance for the good service.

I can never ask for any other mover but them. That's how I am looking forward to my future moves. This moving company was the one I will only hire the next move I will have because they gave me a better job the second time I hired them to move me and my little boy.

Don't use this people. I had somebody name Joseph Cadet that was unprofessional, rude and just interested in trying to make a sale. When needed to make changed he didn't want to do it. Then when wanted to go over everything he refused said he didn't have time. The guys got to my house to pack everything they didn't have the correct information. Even though Joseph said he already gave them the updated version so he was lying. I was charged additional $1400. I was also charged an additional $75 when the furniture was delivered damaged because they were saying it was over 75 feet to the front door. I was told this didn't matter by Joseph in the beginning because this was a house. Also they will leave all the garbage for you to clean. I was told this was our problem by the movers. All of my boxes and bends were smashed. Brand new elliptical, nightstand, tv stand ruined. Trust me use someone else. Stay away from these people unless you want horrible customer service, rude movers, over charged and damaged furniture. I am highly upset because most of these items were brand new. Called them about the damage of course no answer and no return call. If I could give them a zero I would. I had to stop them from giving me someone else items. They have a D rating from the BBB and are not listed as being apart of the BBB because of their rating. Please use another company.

I lived in in Annapolis, MD and I was not present when the move happened, my mother was there to supervise them with everything. She had positive feedback of the pick up. When they needed to deliver the shipment to New York, me, my mom and dad was there to receive it, but we encountered some problems when the driver found our that the road to my mom's house was unreachable by 18-wheeler truck. Its no way that he can turn the truck to our new home. As per their protocol, it should be done by renting a smaller truck which will cost us more money, but instead of pushing the rental truck, they gave us options which in fact we suggested my father who has truck with straight open trailer can pick it up from the place where they are located. Alliance's men secured all our items by adding more padding and helping my father tie it up good. After 5 return he finished everything and we were thankful that they gave us options instead of spending more money. I will definitely recommend them.

Hi, I am Robert and I am making this review voluntarily to inform the public the pros of choosing Alliance to move you and your belongings. I've proven their professionality when I hired them to move me and my family to Wyoming. They were able to deliver everything just in time when we got there from Maryland. Added happiness to us is we never got any damaged, loosed or missing items. The $6550.00 I spent for this move was worth it. I got the right service that most customers were looking for. we are greatful to the one of a kind service given by Alliance Relocation Systems. Their moving team was exquisite and truly amazing. During the actual date of pick up we lost our pet dog around the vicinity and my daughter was very upset. She don't want her pet to get lost and die if he is inside one of the packed boxes and furniture. So the move team being very considerate stopped for awhile to help her find the dog and after thirty minutes they found him inside one of the cabinet's drawer. If they'd loaded the cabinet in the truck for sure he will die from suffocation or starving inside that drawer. Thanked GOD Alliance team was there to help. No words can express how gratified we are.

My move with Alliance Relocation Systems Inc was so awesome that made me so happy with this being my first experience to move. The personnel at the office were always helpful and accommodates my questions enthusiastically. Never had a problem with people moving and delivering my items because everything is smooth. They came in on time and gave me some free boxes since I am short with boxes. They were very approachable and hard workers. I never have any complaints but all praises for this company.I will for sure, will recommend them to everyone I know.

When I thought I am lost when nobody wants to accept my move this company extended their hand and made my move possible. I had to present my works in a convention in three days. I am a small scale furniture designer and I don't have enough resources to use for this convention. I contacted about ten companies already and nobody accepted because of the urgency of the shipment. Only Alliance Relocation System Inc accepted it since they have a truck going on the route. I am thankful to them because they fulfilled the promise to get the furniture on time to the destination. Yes, they charge a little bit higher than their normal price but I don't mind it. I am still grateful to them. They will be on my list of reliable movers. I don't have a clue how this company works and I am actually not expecting a positive outcome on my move because I was on rush to move, I just picked up the mover I see first upon my web search. I called them and asked for a quote based on the details I have for my items. They were easy to talk to and pretty good talker too. They convinced me immediately and hired them to move me and my family out of Maryland. The move date came and everything went well, they arrived at the right time; they were not late like other movers. Then they began their work and they divided each room to pack to different men. Four people are working on packing all our stuffs and one guy is heading them by checking all their work and documenting the items.They were focused and very organized. Even the Thrash they managed to make neatly looking by putting it in one box. Eleven days after they pick up our belongings they delivered it to our new home. They work fast with care and was adamantly working and patiently asking us were to place the now inventory checked item. We are happy because they managed to move us without any single damage or missing item. I am a now new loyal customer.

We have too much fragile items and if those are damaged the purpose of hiring a mover will be out of reason and having damaged products was not I am hoping for. This company went beyond my expectation when I hired them to move my small apartment furniture in a new home in North Carolina which is inside the Army base. I am just happy the way they handled the job which is incredible. Why I say so? Because i asked them to provide status to me when my stuff is in transit so I can plan ahead which in fact they did. They were pretty cool people to deal with too. They always consider you and your situation. I will surely recommend them to my friends and family.

Alliance Relocation Systems inc caught my attention when I was searching the net for a mover and clicked their website. The website greets you with a pleasant woman's voice on the background and some videos to watch about their company and when its time to fill up the form and ask for a quote its very easy to use and understand, with the list of different locations of their warehouses and some company and truck images. So enough, building up their website because I am so proud I hired them. How neat their website shows how neat and professional they are, for real.



The move itself was just about as painless as possible. The team of Three guys handled the job quickly and professionally, showing up on time and getting everything packed in just 2 hours and delivered to the new place after six days. Highly reasonable among st all the companies I inquired with.

I just recent inherited numbers of antique items from my deceased mother. I have an antique shop back in Dallas but she lives in Maryland. I found Alliance Relocation System and hired them to do the job of moving the items for me. They did the packing and everything to the antique items and they delivered it as it was not touched. I recommended this company on any kind of move.

Last week after one and half week after the pick up I received my belongings delivered by Alliance Relocation Systems. At first I was worried because I never heard from them about my items after a week, I called them and they told me my items are ready to be delivered. 2 days before the delivery the driver called me to inform me that my items are in transit. That made me breathe out of worries since I will be getting my stuff in two days. When they arrived, everything went good and all my items are still in their perfect condition. This guys are worth hiring for. I never regret hiring them.

moving and I need a company that can be trusted. He moved his son in

Texas and these guys provided the service. He is well satisfied with

them that he recommended them to me. The next day, I called them and

discussed everything. At the evening of discussion, they mailed me a

quote and when we settled everything sent me a road map. I was impressed

with the plan. At the day, when they were working, They respected my

family, my pets and all my belongings on the process.They were very fast

workers that they finished earlier than expected and they got the very

good pricing in relation to their awesome service. As a whole, we are

really happy. If I move again, I will hire them again. Thumbs up.

I recently graduated from College and got a job out of my home state Maryland. I need to move and I found some movers online. As a fresh graduate I am in sultry tight budget so I need to find the cheapest that I can get. I found a lot of moving companies online. Most gave a good pricing but Alliance Relocation Systems gave the best I can afford. I hired them and scheduled the move.



I did not expect the very good service at all but I am quite amazed. They were seriously professional on their craft. They are ready, well equipped and fast workers. They finished packing, all my stuffs and loaded on their truck.



While it was stored on their warehouse something delayed my move for days. So I called them to ask for change on delivery date. Its quite surprising, they said okay as long as the items where not yet loaded for delivery.



All in all its a good move for me. No stolen or broken items and they are quite impressive on the delivery. All of my items where physically accounted for in front of me and they have me check it before putting inside the apartment.



I would definitely refer them if ever someone asked me to.
