        I talked to Jose about a block wall on one side of my property. We set up an appointment for the next day at 10AM. As I write this, that was a month ago. After I set aside my day, Jose did not show. He has never called back. I will not chase a business owner to beg them to do some work. Very poor customer relations. We have lived in the Sierra Vista area since 1986, and will not refer this business to anyone.

        Won't return phone call or request for estimate proposal. Not sure if my job was too small for this company, but a return call would be the polite and professional thing to do.
