Do not use this company! They promptly came out to see what I wanted done (carport for small RV) The woman told me she would have my quote "tomorrow". After 4 phone calls from me and promising they would get back to me, they never did. That was almost 3 YEARS AGO!!!!! Havent heard from them yet!!!! How do you do business!!!!

Do not use this company. I give this company one star out of kindness. They do not deserve any stars. I used this company some years ago before the previous owner died and the company was bought by Kurt. The service was fine then. In April of this year, 2016, I called Kanmar to make a repair to the soffit of a building I manage. It was a simple repair. Kurt asked for dollars in advance to purchase the piece of aluminum needed which I sent. FIVE and a half months later after repeated calls they were still TRYING to get me on their schedule. I finally called another contractor who fixed it the next day without needing the new piece which I was told was necessary. When I called to tell them I had found another contractor, I actually spoke with Kurt who seemed not to care that he had lost the job and offered no apology for putting me off for so long. I manage commercial properties for a living and this is inexcusable. Do not use this company.

I heard this was the best place for home gutter installation in Sierra Vista, AZ. If they are the best, I would hate to see the worst. Had to wait 3 weeks to get the job started. Got a call from Kurt the day before and said it would be another 2 days. When I explained it would possibly interfere with my pool installation was told pretty much they will be there in 2 days "and that's the way it is going to be." There is absolutely NO quality assurance with this company. Wish I could post pictures on this site of where they trimmed a valley pan. Looked like someone tried to cut it with a butter knife. I complained and they fixed it but it is a shame when the customer has to be the quality assurance guy. I also found joints where they didn't seal with silicone. I ended up doing it myself. Also they were suppose to put valley risers on the house. Kurt assured me they had been installed. So I went ahead and paid for the job, I found they put 2 of 3 on. They left one off. I have called twice to get it installed but they will not return my calls and they haven't been back to my home. Think twice about using this company and if you do, definitely don't pay for the job until you are 100 percent satisfied. If you do, you will never get them back out.
