Bill's Discount Carpet & Flooring

Poor workmanship, excuses excuses laminate flooring done sloppy carpet already pulling away from strips, strips not cut properly, had work done March 2011 and contacted 11/2011 with no resolution still only excuses filed complaint with BBB owner does not check quality of work of contractors had spoken to him numerous times all he has are excuses. I have never experienced such a poor service. I have been trying to get results since NOVEMBER it is now JANUARY. DO NOT USE

This company deserves no stars. I contracted Bill to put down liv rm din rm hallway and one bedrm. After one mth (andmany cancellations) they have starway down and hallway both going the wrong way making carpet look like two diffrent colors. Bedrm down tacked on one side(which u could pull out the wall with your hand) other side 5in short away from the wall . Bill refused to come out to look at problem, he sent his workers they confirm problem to him by phone. Its been one mt and 5 days still no carpet (only excuses) Ive hired some one else they put my carpet down it took them one day .Just in time forThankgivin. I still have'nt heard from Bill. DON'T DO BUSSINESS WITH BILL'S CARPET UNLESS U HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!! SHAME ON U BILL

NOT RECOMMENDED. I had carpet installed and there is an obvious difference in shades where the seam is located. The company does not return your calls and after several calls to have them look at it, they refuse to acknowledge the problem. I get the feeling that they are hoping that I will just go away.
